About Me
Hello! I'm Anupama Jain
(NSRCEL-IIM-Bangalore)
I am a Clinical Dietitian, Holistic Health Practitioner, Nutrition & Life Coach, and Diabetes & Obesity Management Expert — but above all, I am someone who truly believes that food should heal, not restrict.
For me, health is not about giving up your favorite meals or following extreme diets. It’s about understanding your body, nurturing it with the right nutrition, and creating a lifestyle that feels natural, enjoyable, and sustainable.
With a Gold Medal in M.Sc. Organic Chemistry and a B.Ed. from Banasthali Vidyapeeth, Rajasthan, India, I possess a deep understanding of Human Anatomy, Physiology, and the role of Chemicals and Medicines in the body. However, driven by my passion for food and nutrition, and a desire to heal people naturally, I pursued and completed an International Diploma in Dietetics, Health, and Nutrition from VLCC Institute,Bangalore.
